Repair Hub
Case Study Repair Hub is a smash repairs business owned by a major insurance company throughout Australia. I was contracted to shoot a series of images for them. What made the job challenging was a limited budget, small time windows and people who weren’t used to being in front of the camera all within a fully functional panel beating business. What I had going for me was a lovely clean bright space to work in and an enthusiastic workforce who helped me get great results.
The pictures are all the result of a single day shooting (with no assistant) finding pictures, using lighting quickly and efficiently, creating a clean dynamic set of images full of symmetry and energy.
I think these are a great example of how to find images in any environment quickly and with a minimum of fuss but still retain a mood and drama without a big set up.
Its just about being agile
