Recently we had the great pleasure of shooting with the immensely talented and all round nice guy Adam Wolfers at Gerard’s Bistro. The shoot was for Westholme Beef to promote their Wagyu Beef in the United States. Adam made these amazing dishes you see below and we reckon they look as good as they taste.
